We are excited to announce a collaborative effort between North jersey FC and Rockaway Township SA to bring EDP and NPL playing opportunities to the U8-U14 age groups in the community.

RTSA has long been a standard of youth development in the Morris County area, and looks to continue putting the interests of their families first by providing them with an alternative to the exisiting options at these levels.

NJFC is proud to be able to offer teams at the younger age groups, as the high school aged teams have long performed at the highest EDP levels, and now the NPL as well. This new project will see NJFC manage teams through the RTSA structure- a great way to bring together two organizations who truly value the development and experience of the player.

The "GRASSROOTS" and "DEVELOPMENT" parts of the overall pathway will continue to be managed by RTSA, with NJFC continuing to run their "PERFORMANCE" level programs at the high school levels. The new effort will see the collaboration take place at the "COMPETITION" level, bridging the gap of fair opportunities for players to continue their personal and playing development in a professional setting.
